AFTER SALES SERVICE
We are aware that customer satisfaction is through delivering products and services surpassing the customers' expectations. In this context, we try to analyze the expectations, demands, and suggestions of our customers first and reflect all the positive and negative reactions, data we receive from our customers both as statistical data in our improvement activities and as new design inputs to our products and services.
ELAIZ undertakes to make available to the customer at the request and expense of the latter, its after-sales service for all spare parts supplies and repairs of any nature, relating to the products.
EL AIZ has a qualified and expert staff that provides training, installation and maintenance services to our clients.
Product Warranty and Spare Part Supply:
We offer a two-year warranty to our customers; in besides that the delivered products will have no defect due to their design, materials used or their implementation or to any act or omission on our part, occurring during the normal use of products.
This warranty does not cover cases of accidents, malfeasance, negligence or proven negligence of non-compliance with the instructions for normal use of products.
EL AIZ ensures periodic technical visits on products delivered during the warranty period.
El AIZ provides a user manual for each product delivered; we also provide a 10-year warranty on spare parts supply and assistance to our valued customers.
